Growing in Grace Student Ministries
GIG student ministries stands for Growing in Grace and exists to Teach, Equip, and Proclaim in order to disciple our students. We desire to teach our students the Word of God in order to lay a biblical foundation that will last a lifetime. We aim to build a community that encourages each other and hold each other accountable in pursuing Christ.
GIG is for all Middle and High School students. This consists of grades 6-12.
Wednesday Night Youth Group: We meet every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 in room 101. During our weekly meetings we have a time of Fellowship, Games, Teaching, and Small Groups. The goal of these meetings are to form bonds within the Body of Christ, learn from the Word of God, and evaluate how we can apply it into our everyday lives. This is open to all middle and high school students (6th grade – 12th grade).
Sunday School: Sunday school takes place at 9am every Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. During this time we have a lesson that chronologically takes us through Scripture as we learn and apply it into our lives. The High School class is taught by Pastor Josh in the conference room and the Middle School class is taught by Miss Cat in Room 102.
Monthly Events: Once a month we aim to offer an event outside of normal GIG meetings. We keep a balance of both fellowship events and service projects. These are great opportunities for students to spend time together, invite friends, and serve Christ.
