Pastor Sal and Elena Massa

Sal Massa, Senior Pastor
After nearly thirty years in the investment banking business, Sal answered the call to be senior pastor at Lake Country Bible Church. He graduated in 1986 from Moody Bible Institute where he studied for the pastorate. Prior to that time he and his wife, Elena, lived on Long Island, New York with their four children. They moved to Delafield, Wisconsin in 1992.

Sal is committed to expository teaching of Scripture. He is dedicated to four ministry objectives not only in his public ministry but in personal, everyday choices as well. They are prayer, teaching, reaching others for Christ and caring for people.

Elena Massa, Office Administrator
Call or stop by the Ministry Center at Lake Country Bible Church and it will be Elena Massa who greets you. In addition to being the pastor's wife, she has been the Office Administrator since 1998. Elena has much experience in church office and ministry work. One of her passions is to help people realize their potential for serving the Lord and assisting them to serve in ministry.

Elena also enjoys reading, exercising and being a grandmother.

 Ray Rudzinski, Associate Pastor

After a career in Education and a stint on the mission field, Ray and his wife Ellen moved to Lake Country. After being involved in the ministries of Lake Country Bible Church for three and one-half years, the Elders asked Ray to join the ministry staff and assist Pastor Sal and the Deacons. His assignment is to serve all members as they grow in the love and service of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ray and Ellen have three grown children and four grandchildren – including a set of triplets!

Crystal Andaloro, Bookkeeper

If Elena is unavailable, Crystal might be the one to greet you in the Lake Country Bible Church office.  Since 2004 she has been responsible for tracking the church's receipts and paying their bills.  More recently, she has been assisting Elena by lightening her load a bit wherever she can. Crystal came with administrative experience from both ministry and church offices.

She has been married to Mike, an accountant, since 1976 and has 3 grown boys and a lovely daughter-in-law. In her free time she enjoys reading, knitting and a little biking.
